Finer Things II

Last night was the 2nd eighteen24 Finer Things dinner. This time around we found sponsors in a couple who live in a large and incredible gorgeous home in El Dorado Hills. They graciously welcomed us into their home and provided party rentals of china, flatware and glassware for us. I headed up the décor of the table and the desserts and the fabulous mother of one of the group's members made an incredible dinner. It was a great success with 32 guests, great conversation and fun times hanging out in fancy duds!

Salade 

Mixed greens with apples, cranberries,  

candied pecans  

and  

raspberry vinaigrette. 

Plat Principal 

Chicken breasts stuffed with  

sun-dried tomato, proscuitto  

and  

feta cheese served on a bed of fettucini 

Avec 

Lemon-roasted Green Beans  

with  

Marcona almonds 

Dinner table. 32 people at one table! Center runner is 2 3" ribbons with one 4" ribbon. Small flower arrangements in milk glass vessels, clear bowls with floating candles, tealights in small clear candleholders.

Single place setting. Favors were Hershey Kisses in cellophane bags with light blue paper tags.

Proscuitto-wrapped chicken breast stuffed with sun-dried tomato and feta cheese on a bed of fettuccini with lemon-roasted green beans with marcona almonds. Amazing.

Fishbowl Charades

Dessert table. Mini-cheesecakes, cream puffs, crème brûlée, lemon-cheesecake cupcakes, decorated cookies, chocolate tartes.
